Great experience all the way through from setting up appointment to the tech coming. The Tech, Dylan, did great with taking care of our Yellow Jacket issue. He answered all our questions and told us everything about how he was going to do the job. Very good experience.

I called Prompt yesterday and Dillon was at my door at 9:15 this morning. He was very pleasant and he answered all my questions. Dillion was able to find where mice have been coming in..I would highly recommend this company!

My appointment was a follow up to extend my warranty and to make sure all entry areas that were being used by the bats previously were still secure. The technician also made sure there were no new signs of any bat activity or new entry points. Inspection was done quickly and thoroughly.
